Hi! I'm a 26-year-old working professional/part time student, looking for a quiet and private basement unit or room to rent ASAP in the GTA (Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Markham etc.).

I'm looking for: • 1 private bedroom • Private bathroom and kitchen (or shared with 1 person) • Utilities and Wi-Fi included (or negotiable)

I'm clean, quiet, respectful, and pay rent on time. I don’t smoke, party, or have pets (if it's a pet friendly place I might get a pet down the road) — just looking for a peaceful space to call home.

Budget: Around $1,200/month Move-in: Aug-Oct
