Sound insulating panels

I’ve taken them out of the packaging and washed them but haven’t used them. They’re supposed to be able to stick to the wall if you press them down for a minute. You’ll need glue or double sided tape. I thought I needed them for a noisy room but I’m not sure it’s the right fit for the room. It would be great for a music studio, gaming room or even for loud parties. There are 24 square foot panels so they will cover a lot of space.
