Homemade Bagels

I’ve been experimenting with making bagels for a while now and could offer them for the right trade by the dozen. I have a couple different recipes, one soft and buttery, the other a chewy Montreal style bagel. Flavour options; Cheddar, sesame, cheddar jalapeño, everything bagel.
