Forever 21 Floral Boho Mini Dress - S/M

Barely worn, in great condition. Unfortunately it's too small for me but very nice mini dress/blouse. Tag says size M. May fit better on size S or petite M as a mini dress. Not much stretch except for waist band. $30 value.
