Found this in my closet - never worn with tags - no longer fits. Could fit a 6 as well.

It’s really pretty - from H&M - long, silky with ruffles which could be worn off the shoulder.

Could definitely be worn to a formal event or wedding.

Paid $70 looking for $35 value.
